General Description:

The current problem of the evolution of companies implies considering behavior in the face of change, and therefore the ability of managers to support change at the different levels of the organization.

The engineering students will prepare themselves:

- measure the complexity of the concept and the difficulty of managing change, 

- understand the dimensions, components and players involved,

- test change management analysis tools that can be used as benchmarks in their future professional practice.
