    This course aims to enable students to acquire the basic notions of life sciences which are essential to an Engineer wishing to pursue a career in the field of health care.

    In additional it will allow knowledge to be acquired concerning the main diagnostic and therapeutic tools currently available or undergoing development.

    - Cellular biology and anatomy/physiology

    - Synthetic biology and bioinformatics

    - Imaging and operating room of the future

    - Therapeutics and health risks

    This major is completed by the interdisciplinary specialisation “Personalised Healthcare and Medicine”.

    It can be followed by other majors such as Production and Logistics management, Mechanics or Materials Science.
