The ICM programme consists of 3 years of training at the Ecole des Mines. These years are designated with the abbreviations 1A, 2A and 3A.
The “Master” or “Graduate School” programme refers to the 2nd and 3rd years (2A+3A).
Each teaching year is divided into Semesters, numbered as follows:
- in 1A : S5 (first semester) et S6 (second semester)
- in 2A : S7 (first semester) et S8 (second semester)
- in 3A : S9 (first semester) et S10 (second semester)
You are :
- A student admitted with equivalent qualifications to the 2nd year, here is your programme- You must complete the full 2A + 3A programme, projects and internships included.
- A free auditor student in 2A, here is your programme - You can take just one semester of teaching (S7 or S8) or both semesters (S7 and S8) and undertake a work placement or internship
