    • General Description:

    The core curriculum 2A program in Transitions Management is designed to provide students with an understanding of the ecological, digital and industrial transitions facing businesses today. The program aims to equip future engineers with the skills and tools needed to effectively navigate and manage crucial transitions in today's business environment.

    The core curriculum 2A Transitions Management offers the following 4 UPs: 

    • UP1 - Legal aspects of transitions - 19h30 - coefficient 1
    • UP2 - Ecological transition management- 16h30 - Coefficient 1
    • UP3 - Digital & industrial transition management - 16h30 - Coefficient 1
    • UP4 - Ecological and digital audits - 19h30 - Coefficient 1.

    UP2 and UP3 are mirrored, each dealing with a specific transition but using the same format. The aim of these two UPs is to enable students to acquire the essential elements to be used in UP4 to conduct an audit within a company.

    Orientations / Associations with other courses:

    Core curriculum 2a follows on from Core curriculum 1a fundamentals of management. In particular, it offers a critical look at the digital and ecological transitions underway in companies.
