General Description:

In all major engineering applications (materials, processes, health, etc.), observation systems are increasingly used (X-rays, MRI, PET, optical microscopy, confocal, electronics, etc.). The images obtained contain information that must be processed. The purpose of image processing and analysis is to prepare the images and then extract measurements from them. The pedagogical objective of this GP is then to provide the fundamental knowledge (courses) and know-how (tutorial) in the acquisition, processing and analysis of digital images, without necessarily wishing to specialize in this field. The various tutorials will be carried out with Python. This 40-hour GP is made up of 50% courses and 50% tutorial.
