General Description:

This Toolbox insists on the human dimension of an organisation, in terms of Human Resources Management (HR) following a logic of corporate social responsibility. “Social expectations which progress, stronger economic and organisational constraints, a State which considers it has the authority and the duty to intervene …but what is the real role of Human Resources Management in the face of such realities ?” (Honoré et al, 2010). Students will explore the links between HR strategy and policies of a company and understand how a manager can refer to the HR department to help with the management of his team.
