General Description:

Innovation is considered today as a key factor in the development of companies. The opportunities offered to companies are numerous and allow the creation of new products, new services, new organisational forms, new sales processes and new markets. However, these opportunities often involve a redefinition of uses, methods and the business model, but also legal constraints linked to intellectual property, issues of skills management and human resources within companies, etc. In this sense, innovation cannot be approached in an unrelated way by future entrepreneurs, project leaders, SMEs, SMIs, etc. This is why the objective of the UP2 "Entrepreneurship and Innovation" is to enable students to understand innovation in a global perspective in which issues relating to :

  • Entrepreneurship
  • Innovation (the different forms of innovation and the financing of innovation) and Intellectual Property (the role of patents, trademarks, software, designs)
  • Innovation marketing (new trends in sustainable marketing; conditions for conducting surveys)
  • CGA-CGV; confidentiality
