General Description:

Presentation and comprehension of the principle aspects of performance and organisational efficiency from two view-points, top-down and bottom-up.

  • Know how to identify and differentiate efficacy, efficiency and performance and to make the distinction between individual and group performance
  • Know the principle institutional actors and the principle normative actions of sustainable development
  • Know the main rationalities and the assessment criteria for sustainable performance
  • Set up a monitoring chart for assessing the global (sustainable) performance of a company or organisation
