General Description:

This UP2 focuses on the legal aspects of an entrepreneurial and/or innovation project. It thus makes it possible to address aspects linked to the manager and his team (pacts), as well as to the project (IP) or during its implementation (statuses, etc.).

It also focuses on the financial translation of an entrepreneurial or innovation project.

It thus makes it possible to address all financial aspects (financing of innovation, tools, actors) as well as business evaluation..
