Organisation development takes place in a normative context regulated by labour laws. The aim of the unit is to identify the legal requirements related to human resources management.
- The work contract and its variants (temporary employment)
- The legal number of working hours per day and per week, overtime working hours and compensatory rest periods
- Health and Safety conditions at work and the notion of gross negligence
- Employee representation, collective negotiation, obligations and possible sanctions for irregularities
- Notion of Anglo-Saxon law and application of the law in the notion of space
