General Description:
Stratirac is a business game simulating strategic and operational management. It aims to place students in the role of a decisional actor, in a multi-variable entrepreneurial logic in a competitive environment.
Working in teams the students play the role of a company management committee with five distinct functions: commercialisation, production, human resources, progress and administrative and financial management. Each participant is responsible for his sector and becomes the guarantor of its performance.
The students work in groups to analyse the company situation, establish action strategies, take decisions and implement them.
