General Description:

The engineering students will acquire the bases of regulations concerning the classification of activities for the protection of the environment (ICPE) and of the drafting of operating permit applications.

Students will also apply the knowledge and skills acquired in the major to a case study.

Case study Students will have to identify the ICPE sections and regulations concerning an enterprise
Case study Students will draft an operating permit application: administrative procedures, understanding of all the elements constituting the activity permit application (hazard assessment, impact study, health risks ….) (12 h)
