There are no longer any English courses in 3A, these courses being replaced by many scientific courses taught in English.
During semester 9 the student keeps his LV2 (and LV3, if applicable). The language of instruction will be the target language of the course (choice among 8 LV2).
In 3A, some groups keep the traditional organization, "courses + tutoring" (in lower level groups).
Students whose level allows it (from B1+), are divided into pairs and have 7 one-hour tutoring sessions with their teacher in semester 9. During this tutoring they will have to report on the work done and prepared at home.
On completion of the unit, the student will be capable of: | Classification level | Priority |

Flipped Class | For the work in pairs students with the required level will consult numerous adio, video and written documents which they shall analyse, summarise and use in the head to head sessions with the teacher, during the two-weekly tutorials. This implies consequent and detailed work on the four skills (written and oral expression, written and aural comprehension) |
Course | For the weaker groups the teacher will continue with the study of syntax and grammar by means of appropriate exercises and work on specialised vocabulary. |
Project based learning | For German and Spansih the student must carry out individual research work throughout Semester 9 with an oral presentation at the end of the Semester. The theme should preferably be scientific or technical and linked to his specialisation. This work can also be presented in groups of two or three. |
