This course addresses three concepts, e-business, ERP and Big Data, that are widely used in industry. The course starts by describing the concepts of e-business and shows how information systems interact within supply chains. The second part of this course presents the structure of ERPs (SAP, Sage,…) and shows the importance of using middlewares and how they are implemented. The last part of this course introduces the concept of Big Data and shows how to extract knowledge through forecasting and data mining.
