Course Director(s):

  • JAUJARD François
  • General Description:

    The aim is to provide methods to achieve successful professional integration, both in terms of the recruiting process and the integration itself. It focuses initially on the recruitment techniques used by companies, on the professions and main sectors for ISMIN engineers and then on the fundamental notions of company operations: relations, motivations, power.

    On completion of the course group students will be in a position to orientate their research in ways corresponding more closely to their own personality and to maximise their chances of success in recruitment interviews corresponding to positions which really motivate them. They will also be attentive to identifying the operating rules of the organisation which is to employ them, so as to consider the right distance to be taken between their professional life and allocated missions. They will be aware of the legal context allowing them to clarify certain essential aspects relating to their work contract.
