The aim of the course unit is to analyse the enterprise as a unit of production. It provides understanding of issues related to production management and the impact of equipment deployment on company progress.
- develop the notions of production and logistics management covered in the first year.
- provide an overall vision of basic issues, concepts and tools in production and logistics management (stock, logistics, scheduling …)
