Programme and content

Course

Twelve class sessions with contributions from students at each session. Working in pairs or groups of three, engineering students will choose a country they are interested in, carry out research and make presentations of the culture, everyday life, the political situation and education system with an emphasis on partner universities or partner companies of the School. The aim is to discover what life will be like for students carrying out an internship or studying in this country. Their research findings are shared with other members of the class. The teacher will propose complementary teaching activities on interculturality.

Tutorials

6 sessions in pairs. An opportunity to exchange with the partner and the teacher to improve expression fluidity, specific vocabulary on chosen topics, with individual feedback from the teacher.
