Key applications of the CPS2 will be discussed and presented at seminars by specialized speakers, from the industrial or academic world. A focus will be given on Socio environmental issues.
Then, during the whole duration of the second semester of the first year, students have to drive by themselves a development project for a Cyber-physical social system, integrating all the different techniques expounded during the classes of the first semester.
The choice of the application domain (e.g. transport, smart city, energy, health) and the issue to solve will be elaborated with a teacher.
The development project will be evaluated related to each of the courses of the first semester.
This teaching unit counts for 4 credits (/30 total for a semester). 15h are in presence of the teacher. Students are expected to work approximatively 100h by themselves.
