General Description:

This course illustrates agility paradigm in manufacturing and service industries by shedding light on two complementary business strategies namely, mass customisation and product-service systems. These concepts are dealt with from operations management perspective allowing the students to understand both strategic implications and operational requirements when implementing these strategies.
