General Description:

The objectives of this course are to know and have an expert knowledge of the problems, the concepts and the conventional techniques used in organization and management of production and logistics systems. We want to give an overview of the different techniques of Supply Chain Management, an expanding industrial area, to explain the different approaches (classical and innovative) used in management of production and their conditions of application, and finally to demonstrate the importance of a continuous improvement approach in a company and the use of digital twins for decision support.

Feedbacks from industrials enables us to have a better view of the implementation of these concepts and models.
